Instructor Alex Tran
Instructor Alex Tran holds the rank of 3rd degree black belt and is registered in the Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Headquarters and member of the World Taekwondo Federation in Seoul, Korea. She began Taekwondo training in 1994.
She trained in Kickboxing for three years in the Netherlands. She also is training in Jujutsu. Her continued martial arts training includes attending several martial arts seminars in Aikido, Karate, Aikijutsu, and Hapki-Do.
Her goal: In addition to earning the first Master Level (4th degree) in Taekwondo she wants to obtain a black belt in Jujutsu.
Her enthusiasm for fitness goes beyond martial arts. During the summer time she enjoys going on long bike rides and regularly does strength training.
